Ella Baila Sola Biography

Latin pop duet from Spain Ella Baila Sola started working on their own music in the mid-'80s after producer Gonzalo Benavides heard a demo of a local band called the Just, led by Marta Botía and Marilia Casares, and got in touch with them soon after. Both singers met earlier while studying at Madrid's San Agustín School, sharing their passion for music. Benavides convinced them to start singing in Spanish, changing the band's name at the same time. Ella Baila Sola recorded its first self-titled album in 1996. A year later, the act was awarded at Premios Amigo for Best Spanish Band. After touring all over Spain and reaching important venues around Latin America, Ella Baila Sola released e.b.s. in 1998, getting the hit single Y Quisiera. Upon receipt of the information included in the Consultation & Artist Info Package, Buyer agrees that ERG has fulfilled its obligations under this agreement and releases ERG from any and all liability to the maximum extent allowed by law, and will indemnify and hold harmless ERG, its directors, officers, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims arising from this agreement and subsequent event including but not limited to all third party claims, losses, damages, suits, fees, judgments, costs and expenses (collectively referred to as 'Claims'), including attorneys' fees incurred in responding to such Claims, that the parties may suffer or incur arising out of or in connection with (a) a party’s negligence, willful misconduct, or breach of any representation, warranty, or other obligation under this Agreement, or (b) any personal injury (including death) or damage to property resulting from a party or its agents' acts or omissions and standard force majeure. The parties will give prompt notice of any Claim to the other party, and the parties will defend the opposing party at their request. This Agreement will be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of NEVADA.
